The Fire Safety Director and Assistants must complete the FEMA ICS 100C online program

(only required for the City of Los Angeles)



IS-100.C: Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100

The Fire Safety Director, any Assistant Fire Safety Directors, Floor Wardens and Suite Monitors are now required to be trained and certified annually by a certified High-Rise Safety Consultant.

Prior to the Certifications for the Fire Safety Director and the Assistants, they must first complete and pass the FEMA ICS 100C course and test.  This FEMA course only needs to be accomplished once and is not required to be taken annually, but the Certification is.

The Fire Safety Director / Floor Warden Certification
can be accomplished in one of two ways.

The quickest and least expensive option is the 17-minute PowerPoint presentation for Fire Safety Director Certification and a 17-minute Generic DVD presentation for Floor Warden Certification and a review of your current manual (manual must be up to date with current codes) and a printed test.
This option will facilitate the training and testing of multiple people at one time.
With this option you would NOT own and/or retain any DVD presentation.

The second option is the Site Specific DVD presentation and a printed test.  
This option will facilitate the training and testing of multiple people at one time.
With this option you would own and retain an edited version of the entire presentation which leaves you with a Site Specific DVD training tool that you can then use to train your personnel.
Corrigan Enterprises owns and retains the full un-edited version to include all that is necessary for the Certification.

FSD / FW Certification

Fire Safety Director only Certification........................$500.00 annually
This covers the Fire Safety Director and any Assistant Fire Safety Directors.

Fire Safety Director & Floor Warden Certification....$1,000.00 annually
Requires two different sessions @ $500.00 each session.
This covers the Fire Safety Director and any Assistant Fire Safety Directors and all Floor Wardens and/or Suite Monitors.
