We will conduct your Pre-Drill meetings, Review your Building's Floor Warden
Program with your Floor Wardens, Evacuation Team Members, etc. one week
prior to the fire drill, conduct your Fire Drill and conduct a Post-Drill
Meeting with your Floor Wardens.
We will also conduct a Staff
Pre-Drill meeting and review your procedures and equipment.
We will furnish documentation
for the Fire Drill, and notify the Fire Department of the successful completion
of the Fire Drill.
We will also attempt to secure
the attendance of the Fire Department at the Pre-Drill meeting and during
the Fire Drill.
We recommend that your Building
Staff response teams have a separate Pre-Drill meeting.
The Pre-Drill meetings will be
held approximately one week before the drill.
We suggest that you drill five
floors at a time, as you would actually have to evacuate in the event of
a real fire. In addition we cause less disruption to your tenants' business.
