All
written material will receive local fire authority approval prior to delivery.
Your
manual will be saved on a floppy disk containing only your building's information.
This will facilitate any changes in the text required by the changes in
your building, Fire Safety Director, Emergency Equipment, etc.
We
will also provide an updated Floor Warden List, if waiver is denied, and
a Disabled List with the new manual.
CLIENT SUPPLIES:
Required
blue prints or other diagrams as required.
Required
information re: operation, reset, and location of all "first aid" fire
fighting equipment, fire alarm pull stations, smoke sensors, monitoring
panel(s), Fire Control Station, Public Address System, sound of alarm,
etc.
Information
regarding building staff, engineers, office staff, security officers, hours
of availability and current emergency duties. Also after normal business
hours telephone numbers- to printed in staff section only.
Parking
for Corrigan Enterprises personnel while on premises.
Other
items and cooperation as becomes necessary.
An
initial draft of the Emergency Manual will be delivered to your office
within fourteen (14)
working days from the date on the contract. The completed manuals will
be delivered to your office seven (7)
working days after the
local fire authority issues its approval of the material.
Other
language printing available at a cost to be determined at that time.
